This speaker features a combination of a 3-inch titanium diaphragm high-frequency compression driver and a 12-inch long-offset ferrite aluminum frame low-frequency unit. This configuration is designed to provide clear, bright, noise-free high-frequency performance, while ensuring a thick and full mid-frequency response and a quick, non-turgid sound response.
The speaker cabinet is made of high-quality birch plywood. In the current audio market, plywood is the mainstream material for speaker cabinets. Its high hardness, light weight, and uneven multi-layer structure can effectively reduce the resonant frequency of the cabinet and improve the acoustic performance. The 15-millimeter-thick birch plywood further optimizes the damping characteristics of the material, making the sound quality purer and fuller. It is important to avoid contact with water during daily use to prevent the material from getting damp and affecting performance.
Surface treatment: The surface of the cabinet is sprayed with water-based environmentally friendly paint. The entire process is divided into three steps: first, apply two layers of primer, then cover with one layer of paint. This layered spraying process enhances the adhesion of the paint surface and the overall thickness, making the appearance of the speaker cabinet present a full and heavy texture. - Hardware protection: A 1.2-millimeter national standard iron mesh is used as a protective cover. The surface is treated by powder injection technology, making it tough and not prone to deformation. A mesh-like dust-proof fabric is pasted inside the mesh cover, which can better protect the speaker unit. The unique grille design is very sturdy and resistant to dents.
