The cabinet is made of high-density medium-density fiberboard (MDF), with a density of 720 kg/m³, ensuring the tightness and stability of the cabinet structure, effectively suppressing resonance and reducing sound contamination, while enhancing the purity of the sound. Additionally, the formaldehyde emission from the board is low, meeting environmental protection requirements.
The surface of the cabinet is sprayed with water-based environmentally friendly paint. The entire process is divided into three steps: first, apply two layers of primer, then cover with one layer of paint. This layered spraying technique enhances the adhesion of the paint layer and the overall thickness, giving the speaker a full and thick texture appearance.
Net cover design: It uses 1.2 mm national standard iron mesh, which is treated by powder injection process, making it tough and less prone to deformation.
Inside the net cover, a mesh dust-proof fabric is pasted, which can better protect the speaker unit and prevent dust from entering.
The core driving unit of this speaker consists of a 1.34-inch titanium membrane high-frequency compression driver and an 8-inch iron frame ferrite low-frequency compression driver. All speaker units are made of Y38 aviation magnetic material. This combination aims to provide clear and bright, noise-free high-frequency performance, while ensuring thick and full mid-frequency, and rapid and non-dragging sound response.
