The core sound-emitting unit of this low-frequency speaker adopts a 18-inch ferrite aluminum frame driver speaker, equipped with a 4-inch voice coil design. This large-sized driver unit combined with a long stroke design is capable of pushing a large amount of air, generating a powerful and deep bass response. The ferrite magnetic circuit system provides stable magnetic flux density, while the aluminum frame ensures the structural rigidity and heat dissipation performance of the unit, laying a solid foundation for the speaker's high-volume output and excellent sound quality.
The speaker cabinet is made of high-quality medium-density fiberboard (MDF), with a density of 720kg/m³. The high-density board can effectively reduce cabinet resonance and unnecessary vibrations, reducing sound distortion and providing a purer and more accurate sound reproduction. At the same time, this medium-density fiberboard has a low formaldehyde release rate, meeting environmental protection standards, and is safer and healthier.
The surface treatment is sprayed with water-based environmentally friendly paint, and the entire coating process includes two layers of primer and one layer of topcoat in multiple steps. This meticulous coating treatment not only provides good appearance protection but also gives the paint surface a full and thick texture, enhancing the overall texture and durability of the product.
